Process For Establishing An Account For Wholesale Purchase From Mayer's Lake Ontario Wine-to-Retail Wholesale

Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale customer. To streamline the approval process and ensure a smooth start, we'll need some information from you during registration.

Getting Started

  1. Register Your Account: Click here to create a login that will give you access to our pricing catalog. Make sure to select Business Account - Wine Retailer.

  2. Schedule a Tasting (Optional): Once registered, we'd be happy to arrange a tasting session. You can contact us at sales@mayerscorp.com or call Dave at (585) 368-8313 to schedule the meeting.

Completing Your Account

Before placing your first order, please submit the following documents to sales@mayerscorp.com:

  • Completed ST-120 Resale Certificate

  • Copies of your NYS Liquor License, Federal ID #, and NYS Sales Certificate

  • Completed Company Information Form (for filing purposes). You can either fill out the form ahead of time, or we can fill it out when we meet to finalize your first order.

Placing Your Orders

Once approved, ordering is easy!

  1. Download and complete our order form (click here for copy). Send the completed form to sales@mayerscorp.com. Alternatively you can call Dave at (585) 368-8313.

  2. After we receive the order form, we will send you an invoice. You can pay through wire transfer, check, or credit card. If you are paying through credit, we will send you a credit authorization form to fill out to complete the order.
