​Members receive 4 shipments per year, in February, May, August, and November. First order will be shipped after 2-3 business days from purchase, and all subsequent ones will be set at specific dates each quarter.

For the Quarterly Club option:

  • ​Each membership level will be a flat rate for the first quarter. For each subsequent quarter, the price will be determined by your selection (with the membership discount applied). Shipping price will be free for all levels except Bronze.

  • For subsequent quarters, about 3 weeks before each shipment you'll receive an email with a list of our pre-designed bundles for your membership level. You can either stick with our bundles, or specify particular products you wish to be included instead. If we don't hear back by the deadline, you'll automatically receive your selection from the previous quarter.

  • Your invoice for subsequent quarters will include the total cost of the chosen products (with member discount deducted), local sales tax, and the shipping fee if you are a Quarterly Bronze member. After the invoice for that quarter is paid then we will ship that quarter's bundle on the designated date. Your membership will automatically renew every quarter. You can cancel at any time simply by contacting us through email, with no cancellation fees.

For the Annual Club option:

  • Each membership level will be a flat rate. Instead of renewing quarterly, you will pay for all 4 quarters upfront, at a discounted rate.

  • Same as the Quarterly Club, you will receive an email asking for your preferences for the quarter's shipment 3 weeks prior to the designated shipping date. If you do not reply within the 3 week timeframe, then you will automatically receive your selection from the previous quarter.

  • Once the 4th quarter's shipment is sent out, we will need a follow-up email asking if you wish to renew, and if confirmed then we will send an invoice for the next year's membership.

Additionally for all club levels, you can enjoy special discounts on all your additional purchases, both online and in-store. Stock up on your favorites or try something new, all at member-only prices.

You will also receive insider access to new releases and limited-edition selections before anyone else, such as our commemorative wine for the April '24 Solar Eclipse!

FAQ

How do we pay for our membership?
For your first order, you purchase your selected bundle on our website at the starting price. For each subsequent quarter, we will contact you three weeks prior to the shipment date with information on the next bundles; the invoice will be issued either upon your response confirming your chosen selection, or automatically on the set delivery date if we do not receive a response.

How do you ship wine and cider?
We ship our selections exclusively through USPS Ground Advantage, ensuring secure and reliable delivery. USPS Ground Advantage has an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.

 

Do I need to be present to receive my order from USPS?
When your order arrives, someone 21 or older with a valid ID will need to be present to sign for it.

When does my order get shipped?
For your first order, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days of your purchase. For subsequent orders, we will ship on the designated date for that quarter, which we will notify you 3 weeks in advance.

Will I be notified that my order has been shipped?
Absolutely! You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

If I am a member of the club, do I receive an in-store discount on ciders and wines?
Yes, you will receive a discount associated with your club level. If we happen to be offering an in-store promotion, you have the option of receiving the greatest discount offered, but cannot stack the promotions.

How do I cancel my club membership?
You can cancel by emailing us at clubs@mayerscorp.com at any time, or by notifying us when we send out the quarterly notification for the next shipment. There is no cancellation fee.
