Escape the winter chill with cozy tastings along the Niagara Wine Trail this January! Participating wineries are offering delightful wines, including warm mulled versions of your favorites, paired with hearty soups and seasonal treats to keep you warm.

Dates and Highlights

January 11–12:

• A Gust of Sun Winery: $1 off Mugs of Warm Spiced Wine (this weekend only).

• Bella Rose Vineyard & Winery: Chili and mulled wine weekends; pair with Ridge Red or Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Black Willow Winery: Warm Spiced Mead tastings; Baked Brie with Jelly for $10. Buy 2, get 1 free on select wines (Classic Diamond, Estate Diamond, De Peche Meow).

• Honeymoon Trail Winery: Warmed Honeymoon Red or White Spiced Wine and complimentary cheese tastings every weekend.

• Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery: Soup & Wine Flights (3 soups, 3 wines) for $12/person on Saturdays. $3 Pinot Noir Flights all month.

• Mayer’s Lake Ontario Winery (Sunday only): Chili served in crusty roll bowls, perfect with Holiday Spice wine or Estate Red.

• Schulze Vineyards & Winery: Mulled Wine Saturdays and Sunday soup pairings.

• The Winery at Marjim Manor: Loaded Potato Soup paired with Celebration wine.

January 18–19:

• A Gust of Sun Winery: Boozy Hot Chocolate (non-alcoholic version available).

• Bella Rose Vineyard & Winery: Chili and mulled wine weekends; suggested pairings remain Ridge Red or Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Black Willow Winery: Same offerings as January 11–12.

• Honeymoon Trail Winery: Enjoy the same weekend specialties as above.

• Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery: Soup & Wine Flights on Saturdays, and $3 Pinot Noir Flights continue.

• Mayer’s Lake Ontario Winery (Sunday only): Chili varieties paired with Holiday Spice wine or Estate Red.

• The Winery at Marjim Manor: Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup with Starlight wine.

January 25–26:
